Orders and Shipping

We ship most orders within 1-2 days so depending on your distance from where we are in the Northeast it may take from 1-7 days for your package to arrive by either UPS, FedEx or the US Postal Service. You will be provided tracking information if you provide your email during the checkout process.

You can create an account by simply going to the My Account icon in the upper right of this page. Or just add an item to your cart and start the checkout process and an account will be generated automatically. 

You can update your shipping address in your account profile area. 

An email with shipping and tracking info will be sent to you both when an item is shipped as well as when it is delivered. Make sure to provide us with your email address during the checkout process for this. 

We store no personal credit card numbers on our servers. However WooCommerce, the company that processes our card transactions does offer to store this information on their secure servers. 

No. We operate in New Hampshire where there is no state sales tax. If your state requires the payment of sales tax on purchases out of state, you may need to file with them and pay those independent from us. Please consult your own state laws and regulations on this.

Currently due to the much higher cost of shipping outside the United States, we only ship within the USA.

We try to ship all items in a single box, but if that is not possible your items may come in multiple boxes from the same origin. We will send you tracking numbers for each package.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30 day return policy for all items sold. If the item is not as described, or any error was made in the assembly of your order, we will cover the return shipping cost and once received we will issue you a full refund (including any shipping charges). There are no restocking fees. Ultimately if you have an issue with anything you buy from us we will work with you to try to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.

We will ship out the correct item with a call-tag to return the item you received in error.

We will make a claim with our shipper for any damaged, lost, or stolen items. Please retain the box it was sent in as they often will do investigations to determine what happened, etc. Once this process is started and their investigation period concludes (they will usually want to reach out to your to verify damage, or other problems) we will issue a full refund for both the product and any shipping paid by you.
