Frequently asked Questions
We try to have all orders shipped in 1 to 2 days. If there is some unusual circumstance that prevents a speedy shipment we will contact you to apprise you of any delay. A painting or artwork that needs special crating/boxing may fall into this type of category.
We will always work to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem or issue with your purchase please contact us within 30 days so we can try to rectify it to your satisfaction.
You can update your shipping address in your account area for any future orders. However you cannot change the shipment address of an order already in transit.
You will receive an email from our shipping agent (Shippo) with relevant tracking information when your order ships. Further you will get an email when it has arrived.

We currently only ship within the United States.
We always strive to have all items in one package. However if you order many items there is always the chance it will ship in multiple packages. If that happens you will receive a tracking number for each package.
